This is an exciting time for sports car enthusiasts, and one of the reasons for that excitement is the all-new 2023 Nissan Z that is now available through Empire Lakewood Nissan. The new Z, which replaces the outgoing 370Z, is designed to deliver serious performance and an exhilarating sport driving experience with a sticker price that the average consumer can afford. Our Nissan team has received many questions about the Z, and this Denver review is an opportunity to answer them. For the inaugural model year, Nissan will offer three core trim levels. The Sport is a well-equipped base model. The up-level Performance boasts both technological and mechanical enhancements, and the Proto Spec will have a unique appearance package and be limited to a mere 240 units in the United States!
Interior – 2023 Nissan Z in Denver CO
The 2023 Nissan Z is a two-passenger coupe. Headroom is 38.2 inches. Front legroom is 42.9 inches, and there is no trunk. The base interior features premium cloth upholstery, carpeting, an eight-way manual driver’s seat, a four-way manual passenger seat, automatic climate control, a digital instrument panel, an 8-inch infotainment touch screen, USB-A and USB-C ports and a six-speaker audio system with satellite radio. The Performance trim level adds genuine leather seating with simulated suede inserts, power-adjustable and heated seating, active noise cancellation, an eight-speaker Bose audio system, in-vehicle Wi-Fi hotspot and a larger touch screen with integrated navigation. The Proto Spec has yellow interior stitching and other yellow accents that complement the exterior appearance package.

The 2023 Nissan Z available at Empire Lakewood Nissan is exclusively a rear-wheel-drive vehicle. Push-button ignition and proximity keyless entry are standard equipment. As mentioned in the introduction, the Performance and Proto Spec models are more mechanically advanced versions of the Nissan Z. These enhancements include larger brakes, a mechanical limited-slip differential for better acceleration, automatic rev matching with manual models and enhanced paddle shifters with automatic models.

Every 2023 Nissan Z has a 3.0-liter V6 engine with a twin turbocharger, and this engine makes 400 horsepower and 350 pound-feet of torque regardless of which transmission you choose. You have the choice of either a six-speed manual transmission or a nine-speed automatic transmission, and both of those options are included in the MSRP.
