I went into Empire Nissan to get my 2011 Nissan checked out. When I got my repair estimate it had a $200 diagnostic fee. I thought this would be waived when I agreed to the repairs, but it was not. It was never mentioned verbally when I checked in and they said it was on the iPad that I signed. A very sneaky way to do business. Way to go Empire Nissan. You have lost a customer since 2011!

Would not recommend the service department. They misdiagnosed my car from the first saying it was the transmission. Drove home and had the same problem the was the original problem.
