We were driving from Salt Lake to Castle Rock on Saturday for the Renaissance festival when our transmission decided to die 80 miles away from our hotel. We were towed to the dealership late in the day and by a stroke of luck, the shop manager was still there. I work for Big O Tires. We had a 2019 Nissan Maxima that we were replacing the complete rear suspension. We had ordered both rear sway bar links. We did not know that the link kits did not come with the nuts. I called in and spoke with Jordan and he informed me that they would have to order the nuts in from the warehouse. I contacted empire on 3/24 to get information on a RAM RHO, I ended up talking with Martin, told him my loan Apr goal, payment goal etc, worked out a trade in value on my trade-in over the phone before I made the 2 hour drive, Martin was helpful and they gave me a good trade-in amount for my truck(gave me about 1500 more than the next highest amount by another dealer). Great experience. I was traveling and needed to get my oil change and tires rotated. Ty and Dawson took great care of me. They discovered my rear shocks were leaking, even though I just got them in January. Fortunately they were under warranty, Tyler worked it out with the warranty company and got them replaced. I went into Empire Nissan to get my 2011 Nissan checked out. When I got my repair estimate it had a $200 diagnostic fee. I thought this would be waived when I agreed to the repairs, but it was not. It was never mentioned verbally when I checked in and they said it was on the iPad that I signed. A very sneaky way to do business. Way to go Empire Nissan. You have lost a customer since 2011!

The finance person, Nat, did the same thing told me that a car could not be in my name with “or” for someone else’s name. Extremely poor service department. Charges for warranty work. Cancels appointments. Doesn’t ever call you to reschedule. Makes you come back for multiple appointments to fix a single warranty issue. Which in my case is STILL NOT FIXED. Refuses to provide a loaner/rental when warranty work is delayed and instead causes you inconvenience to drive out here multiple times and wait multiple hours. BAD SHOP.
