My Nissan Ariya car buying experience is at Empire has mixed feelings - Pros: 1. Lots of inventory 2. Ambience and facilities 3. Sales person explained about the bought vehicle’s features in detail. He is kind and have patience. Cons: 1. Sales person should have explained with all car ranges (Ariya) with Price variations and Features. 2. Sales Manager is super busy all the time. 3. No charging port for customers, who travelled all the way to dealer for enquiry. 5. Delivered car - No water for Wipers. I don't think Dealer care of customer after sales. However, I love Ariya car.

Nick at Empire was great! He got us in soooooooooooooo much quicker while other dealerships were so far out. This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. The salesman lied to me about tiling the vehicle. What they could, and could not do. The finance person, Nat, did the same thing told me that a car could not be in my name with “or” for someone else’s name. Would not recommend the service department. They misdiagnosed my car from the first saying it was the transmission. Drove home and had the same problem the was the original problem. Now it’s the alternator.they fixed that then two engine light came on. Have had my car for two months still not fixed

Extremely poor service department. Charges for warranty work. Cancels appointments. Doesn’t ever call you to reschedule. Makes you come back for multiple appointments to fix a single warranty issue. Which in my case is STILL NOT FIXED. Refuses to provide a loaner/rental when warranty work is delayed and instead causes you inconvenience to drive out here multiple times and wait multiple hours. BAD SHOP.

Good staff, friendly and knowledgeable but would not own up to the damage that was done to my vehicle due to the incompetence of their mechanic staff. The wrong fluid was put in my differentials and my transmission causing all to eventually fail. When confronted with this they tried to push it off on my aftermarket warranty which we all know never pays. It all ended up coming out of my pocket. Never doing business with this company (Empire Lakewood Nissan) again and advising you not to either.

When I came in to take advantage of some of those things, it turned out none of it was true, and those twins were gone (surprise surprise).
