Fast courtesy and knowledgable

I have used this location for 5 years. Feb 15 i had and oil change and tire rotation Feb 27 I went in due to a new oil leak after the oil change. Was told oil filter incorrectly installed. Corrected. March 3 returned as oil leak was still present. Indicated valve cover gasket needed replacing. Was not able to complete service by promised time. March 4 returned and the work was fininshed. Valve cover gasket driver side replaced. March 5 still leaking oil. same general location. not sure my next step.

Hannah was very helpful & patient & kept me apprised of the work being done on my car. Also, I had very few rewards left, but she was able to discount my services a little bit, which I greatly appreciated. She took me back to where my car was in the shop to show me the details on my work order. My alignment test results weren't included in my papers initially, but she followed up with me to make sure I received the email she sent. Unfortunately, it might have been too cold to run the car wash, so my car didn't get a bath. Hopefully I can get by there in warmer weather to collect on my car wash as a longtime Empire customer!
