My boyfriend and I came down today to test drive one of their used vehicles that these guys had. Apon arriving we were greeted by Kalvin quickly and he was so nice. Grab the keys to the vehicle we were looking at and got us on a test drive in 10 minutes of being there. We took the vehicle on a test drive where it unfortunately broke down on the side of the road we didn’t have anyone from the dealership with us at the time so we called them and within 20 minutes Oscar and Kalvin came and picked us up in a dealer car and brought us back. They were so nice about what happened and wanted to make it right. Unfortunately they didn’t have anyone other vehicles in my price range even after helping me out with what had happened. I hope someday I can buy a vehicle from these guys. They were amazing and really listened to my wants and needs for a vehicle. They were flexible and friendly I didn’t feel pressured into getting into something different when we did look at some other options. These guys are great, I highly recommend this dealership if your looking for kind and caring people who listen to what you’re looking for in a vehicle.

We had an awesome experience buying our first EV at Empire Nissan! Derek was our sales representative, he was very helpful and did an awesome job helping narrow down our choices enabling us to make our final and best decision.

Somehow, Chris, the owner of Empire Lakewood Nissan, heard about what had happened and personally reached out to help turn things around. From that point on, the experience was completely different. Chris spent several hours with my family and me, listened to what had happened, understood why we were frustrated, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. That level of personal attention from an owner says a lot about how this dealership operates. Our sales rep, Derek Cho, was also fantastic. He was easy to work with, patient, helpful, and made the entire process feel comfortable instead of stressful or pressured. Excellent location to buy a car and actually trust that the sales team has your best interest at heart.
