Nissan is expanding its lineup of electric vehicles with the introduction of the 2023 Nissan ARIYA. What is particularly exciting about the ARIYA is that it is one of the first electric crossover SUVs on the market, and it is now available at Empire Lakewood Nissan, which is the premier Nissan dealership serving Longmont Colorado and the surrounding region. The ARIYA is initially available in four core trim levels. The Venture+ is a well-equipped base model. The Evolve+ adds advanced technologies and conveniences, such as a 360-degree camera and a power liftgate. The Premier adds advanced driver-assistance tech, and the Platinum+ features standard all-wheel drive and leather seating.

The Venture+ has dual-zone automatic temperature control, cloth seating, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, a center console with storage, ambient lighting and a 12.3-inch touchscreen. The Evolve+ adds a panoramic moonroof, wireless device charging and an underfloor storage area. The Premier is more tech focused, and the Platinum+ adds Nappa leather seating, a Bose audio system and ventilated front seats.

The Venture+, Evolve+ and Premiere include front-wheel drive as standard equipment. The e-4orce all-wheel-drive system is optional with those trim levels and standard with the Platinum+. All models have the same 87-kWh battery pack. A smaller battery pack will debut sometime later in the year. FWD models have one electric motor while the AWD models have two.

The Venture+ has a 238-horsepower motor that makes 221 pound-feet of torque, and it has a range of up to 300 miles. The Evolve+ and Premiere are similar but has a range up to 285 miles. The dual-motor setup in the Platinum+ version of the 2023 Nissan ARIYA makes 389 hp and 442 lb.-ft., and it has a range of 265 miles.
