I went into Empire Nissan to get my 2011 Nissan checked out. When I got my repair estimate it had a $200 diagnostic fee. I thought this would be waived when I agreed to the repairs, but it was not. It was never mentioned verbally when I checked in and they said it was on the iPad that I signed. A very sneaky way to do business. Way to go Empire Nissan. You have lost a customer since 2011!

The finance person, Nat, did the same thing told me that a car could not be in my name with “or” for someone else’s name. Would not recommend the service department. They misdiagnosed my car from the first saying it was the transmission. Drove home and had the same problem the was the original problem. Now it’s the alternator.they fixed that then two engine light came on. Have had my car for two months still not fixed

Extremely poor service department. Charges for warranty work. Cancels appointments. Doesn’t ever call you to reschedule. Makes you come back for multiple appointments to fix a single warranty issue. Which in my case is STILL NOT FIXED. Refuses to provide a loaner/rental when warranty work is delayed and instead causes you inconvenience to drive out here multiple times and wait multiple hours. BAD SHOP.
